Allied Maritime Command & NATO Forces Scholarships

McKendree offers an Allied Maritime Command Annual Scholarship (AMCAS) and a NATO Forces Scholarship for undergraduate programs. AMCAS is an annual scholarship covering one year of tuition and fees.  The NATO Forces Scholarship program provides a discounted tuition rate which will apply to all uniformed NATO military forces from the member nations of the Alliance.


Allied Maritime Command Annual Scholarship Award


Through Commander, Allied Maritime Command (COMMARCOM), McKendree University will award an annual Undergraduate Scholarship that covers one year of tuition and fees. The undergraduate scholarship will cover one academic year of a McKendree University online program that includes up to 30 credit hours of course work (approximately 10 courses).  This is a value of up to $13,800.00, as a full-time enrolled student may take up to 30 credit hours each year, split between summer, fall and spring semesters. COMMARCOM will select the scholarship recipient.


NATO Forces Scholarship Program


Beginning January, 2018, a discounted tuition rate will be available to all uniformed NATO military personnel enrolling in McKendree University’s Online Undergraduate Programs. The discounted tuition rate is $250 per credit hour (standard tuition/fees rate is $450.00 per credit hour).  Minimum hours to complete a McKendree University Undergraduate degree program is 120 credit hours.

This undergraduate tuition discount will apply to all uniformed NATO Military Forces from the member nations of the Alliance: Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, the United Kingdom and the United States, Greece, Turkey, Germany, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Albania, Croatia, and Montenegro.


McKendree University Undergraduate Degree Programs


McKendree University offers 100% online Undergraduate degree programs in the following majors: Bachelor of Arts in Psychology; Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Criminal Justice; Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sport Management; and Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems.
