Ways to purchase single tickets to our McKendree Presents Series.

In Person
The Box Office is open from Noon to 4 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays, and one hour
before ticketed events (closed during seasonal breaks; holiday and University break
hours may vary). To claim Will Call tickets, please bring your ID to the Box Office
ticket window when you arrive at the performance. Reserved seating tickets are not
available for free events; however, reservations are requested. Tickets for all free
events must be picked up at the Hett Box Office on the day of the event. The Box Office
will open 60 minutes prior to all free events. Unclaimed reservations will be released
30 minutes prior to the event.
Ticket Options and Policies
All Sales are Final
No refunds or cancellations. Tickets are only valid for the date, time and performance
printed on the ticket.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates make the perfect gift for the arts lover in your life. Order online,
over the phone or fax, in person, or via mail. Gift certificates are available starting
at just $25.
Discounted Tickets
Valid ID is required at the door of the performance for all discounted tickets. All
discounts must be requested at the time of purchase. McKendree faculty and staff can
purchase single tickets at a discounted rate of $5. McKendree students can reserve
tickets for free. Please contact the box office for more information.
Ticket Limits
When purchasing tickets for some events, you are limited to a specified number of
tickets for each performance (also known as a "ticket limit"). If there is a ticket
limit, it will be mentioned on the event page and is verified with every transaction.
Please adhere to published ticket limits.
Currency and Payment Methods
The Hett accepts the following methods of payment for Internet orders: American Express,
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All of the above as well as cash and personal checks
are accepted at the Box Office. Valid ID is required with checks.
Order Confirmation for Online Sales
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or
email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message
or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility
to confirm with the Box Office whether or not your order has been placed. Only you
may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process.
Delivery Methods and Will Call
Tickets may be sent via U.S. Mail to a shipping address specified by you at the time
of purchase, or held at the Box Office for Will Call pick up. All tickets ordered
within 7 days of a performance and all reprinted tickets will be held at Will Call.
To claim Will Call tickets, please bring your ID to the Box Office ticket window when
you arrive at the performance. The Box Office opens one hour prior to events. Tickets
for all free events must be picked up at the Box Office on the day of the event.
Event Cancellations and Postponements
Artists and programs are subject to change without notice. Refunds are issued only
in the case of event cancellation or postponement. In the event of a performance cancellation
or postponement, the Box Office will make every effort to notify you in advance. Performance
cancellations or postponements will also be published on the Hett homepage.
