Participate in McKendree’s Involvement Fair on Aug. 30

Showcase Goods and Services to Students on Campus

Lebanon, Ill. — Local businesses and organizations are invited to participate in McKendree University’s annual Involvement Fair on Friday, Aug. 30, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the campus quad.

“It’s a great way to for businesses and groups to familiarize students who are new to the area about options and opportunities available to them outside of the campus community,” said Craig Robertson, director of campus activities.

Businesses and organizations may set up informational tables to showcase their products or services to McKendree students, faculty and staff. They may offer attendance prizes, free food, employment applications, and giveaways such as gift certificates. Attendance prize donations are encouraged and they help draw attention to the exhibitor’s table, said Robertson.

The cost to participate is $35. Exhibitors receive the following:

• Access to over 1,000 people

• 6-foot table and two chairs

• 8.5 x 11-inch table sign

• Inclusion on the Involvement Fair exhibitors list, distributed campus wide
