McKendree University Launches All-New Mobile App for Students, Faculty, Staff

(LEBANON, Ill., October 4, 2023) – McKendree University recently launched a new, all-inclusive mobile app for the campus community at large in the hopes of furthering the reach of news, events and activities taking place on and around campus. The app has been in the making since January 2023 with several hands across campus being responsible for its creation.

The app features an interactive carousel, a McKendree Live section that announces events on campus, a sector for the university’s Instagram page and an RSS feed for news on campus. The sidebar includes the following features:

  • An interactive campus map.
  • A section for academics, which includes access to Brightspace, an academic calendar, a place to order transcripts, a course search and more.
  • A section for student services, which includes financial services, student success, resident life, career services, IT, dining, health services, Holman Library and more.
  • A section for campus life, which includes activities, organizations, government, the Hett, the McKendree Review, news, videos and more.
  • A section for faculty and staff to place work orders, reserve a space and more.
  • A section for campus safety.
  • A section for communications.

To access the app, download the myMCK app from your mobile app store. You can also access it on your computer by visiting and logging into https://mycampus.mckendree.edu.
