Share Your News with Your Hometown Newspaper
To help you announce news about certain events and achievements with your friends,
family, and community, McKendree's Office of University Communications provides you with blank news release templates to fill out and send to your hometown
newspaper.
Simply click the appropriate "Share Your News" template link to download the release,
fill in the blanks and fax or mail it to your local newspaper. Feel free to make copies of the release if you would like to send it to more than
one newspaper. We also encourage you to include a photo of yourself when sending the release to your local paper.
