This is it; you've made your college decision and we couldn't be happier that you've
chosen to call McKendree University home. We hope that your transition to life at
McKendree is as smooth as possible so please don't hesitate to contact your Admission Counselor with any questions.

MyMcK Portal
Now that you've registered for classes, you can find lots of resources to ensure a
successful transition by visiting your MyMcK portal often.
McKendree Email - check it often! Contact Information Technology for questions and help.
Your email is firstname.lastname##@mckendree.edu. Your username is first initial, last initial, student ID #.
Student Self-Service - View your schedule, find your books, see your financial aid, and make a payment.
Proxy User Self-Service - Students can give a trusted person permission to view and take action on various items on their behalf.
Campus Housing
Complete your housing application if you haven't done so already. Assignments will
be sent to your McKendree email address.
If you've already submitted your housing application but need to make a change please
submit a New Student Housing Application Change Request.
Check out Residence Life's FAQ's about living on campus. Details regarding move-in will be posted soon.
Final Documents
Final High School Transcripts - Must be sent for for all first-year students. All transfer students that have
completed fewer than 12 post-secondary credits must submit an official high school
transcript as well.
Final Post-Secondary Transcripts - Must be sent from all institutions you have attended.
Financial Aid Documents - Return the necessary forms from your financial aid package, including appropriate
loan acceptance forms, to ensure your registration statement (aka your bill) is accurate.
Forms may be submitted in person to Student Financial Services.
Confidential Medical History Form - Submit this form via fax or email along with immunization records before move-in
day. Health Services can answer your medical questions and provide helpful insurance information.
FERPA Release - See 'Add a Proxy User' information above.
New Student Orientation
Students starting in the fall must register for and attend NSO; it is essential to
your college transition.

Parking Information
Vehicle registration information is available when you check-in for New Student Orientation.

Registration Statement

section of Self-Service about 1 month before the semester starts.
