Staff Membership
All Full-time McKendree students are eligible to apply to be a Campus Activities General
Staff member. A limited number of positions are paid positions.
To become a Coordinator, full-time McKendree students with a minimum cumulative GPA
of 2.5 is required. To become Lead Coordinator, at 2.75 GPA is required along with
at least one semester experience within CAB preferred. First-year students who have
not yet established a McKendree GPA with equivalent high school or junior college
GPA are welcome to apply. Campus Activities Board coordinator positions are paid
leadership positions. Applications are generally taken at various times during the
semester depending on the number of open positions. To apply for a position, click

Meetings and Events
Check us out and decide if CAB is for you. Our general meetings will be established
once our coordinator staff is selected. General meetings are open to our students
and will be held every other week. Events may be held at any time during the week;
however, many are held Wednesday through Friday with some events on weekends.
We'd be glad to have you at our meetings to share ideas with us. If you are not able
to make it to a meeting, stop by our office in Lower Deneen or use the Contact CAB
link to send us an email.
Campus Activities Board (CAB) is here to serve our students and we respect and value
your opinions. We WANT to know what cool ideas or suggestions you have so we can make
your college experience even more exciting. Whether it's an idea for a new type of
entertainment, an opinion about a past or upcoming activity, or even a suggestion
for a movie to be shown on campus, we'd love to hear it. Does your campus organization
have a cool idea for a program? Campus Activities Board may co-sponsor it with you.
