How to Calculate Your GPA
Calculating your Grade Point Average:
Grade point averages (GPA) are computed by dividing total grade points by total GPA
hours. For example 54 (grade points) / 15 (GPA hours) = 3.60 GPA.
Hours Completed may be different from GPA hours as the hours earned may include special
graded courses which are not computed in grade point averages; e.g. Credit/No Credit
courses.
Your McKendree University GPA is calculated upon work completed at McKendree University
only (transfer work is not included).
